Easing the transfer of knowledge is at the heart of our approach to education. But this is the means to the end result of instilling and improving the project management competence of our students.
Extensive use of realistic and demanding case studies tests the application of knowledge and enables the growth of competence. The way we use case studies provides a narrative in which students make a decisions and solve problems.
Our tutors are actively involved in all classroom sessions and during distance and online learning between these sessions. They see their relationship with our students as a partnership.
We provide for individual student needs through tailored support. Our courses are small and we work in groups. During group work our tutors develop their understanding of individual student needs and do all they can to incorporate them into the course.
In this way, the course becomes a shared experience, where real-world project management challenges are worked on my students and tutors together.
